Get to your pencils: the Jimmy Choo brand is initiating a unique challenge on social networks.

Once again, Instagram is favored by brands to federate communities during periods of social distancing. With the #ChooSketch challenge, the London label invites its followers to design the shoe of their dreams.
And from fashion fantasy to reality, there could only be one step. Some of the designs will in fact be made by the leather goods manufacturers of the house and will integrate a capsule collection whose profits from sales will be donated to a charity.
Shared along the water in Jimmy Choo’s Instagram stories, the drawings – from all over the world – will be pre-selected by the artistic director Sandra Choi who will choose ten finalists. The latter will be put to the vote to ultimately elect five winners. Sandra Choi herself lent herself to the exercise by sharing her own sketches, all made in connection with words with strong resonance in these confused times: optimism, gratitude …
Applications for the competition are open until May 15. Participants are invited to share their works at the dedicated email address firstname.lastname@example.org, along with their last name, first name, country, Instagram account and a note of intent.
