What was doable 1 year ago is not of actuality anymore due to pandemic and current political “extreme tariffs situation”in the US, deterring any kind of investment. So i guess the deal is off the table now.

I believe not only recruitment agencies and consultants will slowly disappear but the work itself remotely done from home is currently growing leaving more quality of life to lots of professionals.
