Regional Luxury Retail Manager – Middle-East (Doha)

We are currently seeking for a seasoned Regional Retail manager to be based in Doha working for a world renowned prestigious brand. You will be working with a brand that prides itself on quality, prestige and service. The brand has a global presence in only select affluent cities.
Role: Oversees teams of Boutique Operations personnel, ensuring consistent execution of Company policies and procedures across a range of operational functions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales and Profitability: Champion the company’s vision by taking ownership and ensuring accountability for overall retail sales and profitability within the Middle East (ME) region.
- Ensure Exceptional Customer Service: Monitor regional performance to guarantee consistently high-quality customer service delivery.
- Optimize Store Performance: Empower Store Managers to enhance store sales in alignment with all store and company objectives and policies; provide support for new store openings and remodeling projects.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Effectively manage and resolve customer service-related problems and inquiries.
- Leverage Data for Growth: Analyze data and key metrics to provide actionable recommendations that address business needs and drive growth.
- Collaborate on Brand Engagement: Coordinate with Marketing and PR to manage stylists, celebrities, and social media influencer partnerships.
- Lead and Develop Store Teams: Provide strong leadership and training to Store Managers and Assistant Managers, continuously reviewing KPIs, incentives, and staffing requirements; actively engage through on-site store visits.
- Enforce Policies and Procedures: Maintain a comprehensive understanding and strict enforcement of all company policies and procedures, ensuring team adherence to operational, HR, and security protocols.
- Report on Performance and Trends: Summarize monthly performance in an End of Month (EOM) report, analyzing current business trends and competitor performance across all relevant departmental aspects.
- Minimize Loss and Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Ensure compliance with all Loss Prevention monthly cycle counts and incident reporting protocols to maintain annual inventory shrinkage below the company target.
- Uphold Visual Merchandising Standards: Support and maintain the visual merchandising standards established by headquarters.
- Maintain Organized Inventory: Ensure meticulous organization of assigned product categories according to Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) guidelines provided by headquarters.
