Kickoff is a full consulting and professional service dedicated to luxury brands globally in the step of opening a new boutique.
KickOff unburdens high end organizations from most parts of the physical and admin set up, recruiting, team building AND commercial take off of the point of sales by providing a full turn key “On The Floor” solution.
An expert store director is assigned to the mission and will work in conjunction with our team and the brand to coordinate the store physical opening, stock set up, apply merchandising guidelines, search and hire a strong team.
Phase two is the coaching and training of the new team in order to make the store profitable and running smoothly up until delivery.
After completion of the KickOff mission (3/9 months), the acting director will be replaced by an actual store manager sourced by JOBLUX to take over.
