Van Cleef & Arpels opens second boutique in London
Established at 9 New Bond Street in London since 2001, Van Cleef & Arpels unveils a new boutique across the road at 169. In addition to its broad display of jewellery and watches, this latest space offers an immersive area showcasing a wide array of crafts reflecting the Parisian savoir-faire and history of the Maison.
Echoing Van Cleef & Arpels’ values of transmission and education, the boutique will host a series of workshops and events opened to the public. From thematic celebrations to métiers d’art demonstrations, kids workshops as well as panel discussions, the new space will create a real experience.
Offering a poetic take on nature, one of Van Cleef & Arpels’ cherished sources of inspiration, the setting is inspired by an enchanted forest, in shades of green, orange and blue. Fascinated by the constant metamorphoses of flora and fauna, the Maison transcribes the blooming of spring, the luxuriance of gardens or the flutter of a butterfly’s wings. Art Deco inspiration for the decor is also revealed with crafted lacquered and gilding panels as well as Murano glass leaves.
Van Cleef & Arpels’ High Jewelry, Jewelry and Watchmaking collections are displayed along with a selection of its Haute Parfumerie fragrances. Showcased for the first time in the London boutique, they provide visitors a olfactory journey.
