I am Giovanni and I am a 26 years old passionate and ambitious chef. I studied at the international school for chef’s ALMA.I have been working since seven years for gourmet and fine dining restaurants most of them awarded by the Michelin guide and renowned hotels like Hilton and Marriott.During the last 3 years i worked in London for the “Galvin at Windows restaurant” and the “Berners Tavern”.I’m the co-founder of @Mammafarina an Instagram page with more than 30k followers.
