I have worked for the last 10 years for Apple Retail of which last 5 as Senior Manager.

From September 2020 to last August I voluntarily took a gap year to follow personal businesses and projects. During this period I also attended seminars and conferences about post-pandemic business changes, how to manage new fears and mindset switches for employees and leaders.

I developed my Spanish to a fluent level, increased my knowledge of Swedish, and started to learn French Actually, I am supporting an Italian start-up as a strategic consultant, focusing on enlarging and improving networks and connections. I am also working with a Swedish one as a talent hiring and development consultant.

In Apple career my main responsibilities and achievements were:

• I led Store performances, areas, and team. On all three stores I guided, We had great sales results, both B2C then 2B2B, with continuous growth.

• We reached a terrific customer’s satisfaction level, being in the top 3 of Europe

• We increased employees satisfaction up to 90% and decreased tenure for Managers

• I successfully hired talents. I developed leaders’ talent, enlarged their vision and culture. I created an internal pipeline for future leaders.

• I guided inclusion & diversity evolution, creating a multicultural and gender-balanced teams.

• I supported the implementation of several Apple brand new stores all over Europe. I managed the organisational startup process from the beginning to performance.

Previously I worked several years as Retail Manager, managing point of sales all over Europe and e-commerce channels. I have a strong background in strategic planning, business strategy, innovative vision, a long demonstrated experience in Forecasting, Budgeting, P&L and financial planning.
