Bio | I strongly think that any strategy requires a unique blend of expertise in conceptualizing statistics, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and leading a team to provide valuable, measurable results to the company’s growth. Leading a high-level project to develop OEM business and growth strategy in the construction business for one of the industry’s market leader, gave me invaluable global strategy experience. Furthermore, working as entrepreneur of a communication company along with my experience in China and all around the world, gave me the unique opportunity to test my cultural competence, the capacity to work effectively with people from a variety of ethnic, cultural, political, economic, and religious backgrounds. I strongly think that a consistent high-performance, along with the ability to build important relationships through networking, will allow me to be successful in a complex and international Group. I’m an energic mechanical engineers, who loves motorcycle and speed, since ever, long before starting the university. I’m a woman, so that means I am a very creative individual and problem solver at the same time. I enjoy coming up with creative solutions at work. I always try to find that one angle that no one has considered to address an issue before and to figure out a way to make that work. I am someone who’s highly adaptable. I can adjust to new situations quite easily and I find that the challenge of having to learn something new is half the fun. This is why I always push myself to grow and continue to improve as well. I am someone who believes in the power of communication. From my experience, having open communication channels with everyone can significantly benefit the team and the results they produce. |
