Major luxury brands expand further in Milan

Chanel is reportedly the most active player in Milan’s prime commercial real estate. After opening a new boutique at Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Chanel has taken over the space formerly occupied by Larusmiani at Via Montenapoleone. Chanel will keep its boutique at via Sant’Andrea.

Italian media is circulating news about Chanel also enlarging and renovating its historical flagship store at Via Montenapoleone. Chanel opened new offices and showroom at Piazzale Cordusio within the former Palazzo Broggi.

Larusmiani is relocating to a 300 sqm space at Via Verri. GucciLouis VuittonEtro and Bulgari are currently at different stages of the renovation / redesign of their stores at Via Montenapoleone. Last year, Louis Vuitton opened a new store at Garage Traversi.
