Awarded by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, this distinction recognizes Kering’s policy on equal opportunities. Operated at the national level, it is based on a series of tangible criteria such as the definition and application of anti-discrimination measures, “concrete” organizational skills linked to diversity or even the public commitments of companies in terms of inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people.

“We believe that diversity and equality are essential to building a business that is both sustainable and creative,” said Laurent Claquin, President of Kering Americas. Providing a work environment where everyone can express their authenticity is a priority.
