VP of Human Resources – US Luxury Brand – NY
For our client a leading US Luxury brand, we are currently seeking to hire for immediate consideration a seasoned Vice President of HR.
As the the VP of Human Resources you will serve as a key partner to leadership with your expertise and guidance on a wide range of HR functions to drive organizational success and workforce engagement.
Vice President will be instrumental in shaping the Retail and Sales (Commercial) HR strategy and implementing best practices for driving people and culture initiatives to positively impact team performance, employee retention, and employee development nationally.
4-6 years experience required in similar role level and an experience within a high end organization would a plus but not required.
