A prestigious international luxury fashion brand seeks a proven and inspirational Store Manager to lead its Knightsbridge boutique. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing an exceptional team and upholding the brand’s exacting standards of client experience in one of London’s most coveted luxury retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of 8–12 luxury retail professionals
- Own the boutique’s P&L and commercial performance, delivering consistently against all KPIs
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with the brand’s VIP and UHNW client base
- Ensure flawless operational execution across all aspects of the boutique
- Collaborate closely with the UK & Ireland Regional Director on strategic priorities and business development
- Represent the brand with distinction at industry events and client activations
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of luxury retail management experience, ideally in fashion, leather goods or fine jewellery
- Strong and demonstrable commercial track record with proven revenue growth
- An inspirational leadership style with a genuine talent for developing and retaining exceptional talent
- Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and the art of personalised service
- Fluency in English — additional languages are a meaningful advantage
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
What Is on Offer
Salary £65,000 – £85,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus, comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to lead one of London’s most prestigious luxury boutiques.
