With a premium range of luxury products designed for boutique residential projects, the close-knit Melbourne team sells to architects, interior designers and end-users, so there is potential for this role to turn in to a more senior Key Account /Business Development position down the track. Bring your skills to an established group who are passionate about what they do. Key ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact in the showroomReply to email and phone enquiriesProvide exceptional customer service to clientsConsul on a range of private residential projectsWork towards sales budgetsUndertake quoting and estimating, overseeing projects from start to finishMaintain showroom presentation and update product samplesSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in retail or salesFamiliarity with interior or architectural product and knowledge of the A&D industryAppreciation of luxury products and an understanding of quality vs quantityOutstanding presentationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for design, architecture and artBenefits & CultureDynamic and supportive cultureGenerous commission structureCareer progression opportunitiesExtensive product trainingBeautiful showroom just east of Melbourne’s CBD
