JOBLUX is seeking for two seasoned Senior Sales Associates to work for for a premium menswear brand at Bal Harbour Shops in Miami Beach.

This role offers the chance to work within a high-energy, fashion-forward environment, contributing to a brand that sets trends in the luxury fashion space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service by building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, driving sales and supporting junior team members.
• Manage high-value transactions and ensure accuracy in handling cash and stock.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide clients with the best advice and recommendations.

• Proven track record in a luxury retail environment, with a focus on menswear, tailoring…

• Strong sense of style and passion for the fashion industry.
