We are seeking individuals who possess 2 years of Luxury Clienteling experience or relevant skills, must exude energetic personalities, have entrepreneurial mindsets, and are detail oriented. In this position you will be responsible for answering all incoming contacts from clients via multiple platforms on behalf of the retail stores all across the U.S., as this is the only contact center for Louis Vuitton N. Americas. This individual must ensure that they delight every client with a positive and engaging experience all while maximizing each sales opportunity by up-selling & cross-selling. As a Client Advisor you will focus on working toward goals set forth by the brand to achieve desired results. Profile In striving to efficiently address our clients’ every need, you will be provided two weeks of virtual paid training and given the adequate tools to provide expert advice and guidance to all client inquiries. Louis Vuitton Service Center makes every attempt to further enhance our clients’ experience, while also gaining further respect and knowledge of the Louis Vuitton brand. We focus on building relationships with our clients, extending relationships beyond just that 1st interaction! We’re a one call resolution contact center as all calls are handled on behalf of all the retail stores within N.America, in turn speaking with very diverse group of clientele all across the U.S.. This is a fast paced environment, very results driven, and competitive. This role will suit individuals who are capable of thriving in a dynamic and flourishing work from home environment meeting KPI’s set forth by management.Given the nature and geographical scope of the Service Center’s clientele, we require that all employees are fully committed to working flexible hours, including some weekends, in order to meet the demands of the industry.
