Regional Training Manager — Luxury Fashion, GCC

A global luxury fashion group with a rapidly expanding Middle East retail network seeks a Regional Training Manager to design, deliver and continuously develop its client experience and product knowledge training programmes across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes covering product knowledge, brand heritage, client service philosophy and sales techniques — adapted for the GCC market
- Travel regularly across the GCC to train boutique teams in person in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar
- Onboard all new boutique hires and deliver immersive brand induction programmes
- Work closely with store managers to identify individual skill gaps and develop targeted coaching plans
- Collaborate with the global L&D team to adapt international training content for the nuances of the Gulf luxury market
- Measure training effectiveness through defined KPIs and report results to regional and global leadership
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of training experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality or a comparable high-end environment
- Outstanding presentation, communication and facilitation skills in both individual and group settings
- Knowledge of the GCC luxury retail landscape and regional consumer culture
- Fluency in English required — Arabic is a meaningful advantage
- Willingness to travel across the GCC region (40–50% of working time)
- Valid UAE residence visa or willingness to relocate to Dubai
What Is on Offer
Tax-free salary AED 18,000 – 25,000 per month depending on experience, plus annual flights, comprehensive benefits package and visa sponsorship for the right international candidate.
