An international luxury fashion brand with a growing US wholesale and retail presence seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial performance across the Southeast United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with luxury department stores, independent boutiques and key wholesale accounts across the Southeast region
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with the brand’s commercial objectives and aesthetic direction
  • Recruit, train and develop a regional team of sales representatives
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity and client feedback — providing regular reporting to US and international leadership
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, regional buying appointments and client events
  • Travel extensively across the Southeast region (50%+ travel required)

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with regional or territory management background
  • Established relationships with luxury retail buyers across the Southeast preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with a genuine passion for the brand and its product
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
  • Right to work in the United States

What Is on Offer

Base salary $100,000 – $130,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus, car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
