Talent Acquisition Specialist Luxury Brand – Dallas

We are recruiting for a Talent Resourcing specialist to join our client team, working onsite in Dallas four days a week + one from home.

In this hybrid role, your primary focus will be on recruiting/retention by providing exceptional service to job seekers/candidates and hiring/store managers nationwide.

• Ensure that all relevant candidates checks have been completed prior to hiring/interviewing.
• Conduct all preplacement activities – including confirmation of offer, 1st day arrangements, and placing the worker into the assignment booking on the relevant tech platform
• Provide excellent communication to the hiring teams
• Weekly and Ad hoc reports including starters, leavers, and tenure report
• Work with the client hiring managers to forecast recruitment needs to enable a proactive approach

A prior experience in high end shoes would be a +
