Our boutique is located at 4 Rue du 29 Juillet, close to the Metro station Tuileries, and is a major strategic step towards stronger visibility and stronger customer relations in the Heart of Europe.

We are looking for a Gestionnaire ADV to support the brands growing needs for operational tasks. You will be our key profile to maintain and secure that inventory and merchandise operations are always up to date accordingly to French law.

Always close at hand to our Store Manager and Copenhagen Head Quarter with whom you will be working with to perform at your best.

Position requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Gestionnaire ADV, or Sales support associate / Supply Chain
  • Hands on experience with Bijou3, CRM systems and POS
    Proficiency with diverse data
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily admin of Bijou3/Odeis. (The intern system of registrating; receiving stock, sales and transfers between int boutiques, ecom and headquarter)
  • Inventory management
  • Proactively follow up and manage stock/ client orders
  • Uphold respect of the company standards and procedures
  • Actively be a part of the administrative tasks of the company’s events in Paris. Planning, Execution and follow up
  • Assist PR activities from the boutique
  • Proactively manage aftersales service, complaints and repairs
  • Sales support to sales team
  • Assist Copenhagen Head Quarter to maintain the global customer service
  • Daily maintenance and cleaning of boutique area


The position of the Gestionnaire ADV is a full-time position with the opportunity for a permanent employment contract including a favourable bonus program.
