We are currently looking for a Retail Area Manager for luxuy retail stores chain in Dubai
- Manage Store Managers and the Retail function via goal setting, follow-up, and advise;
- Schedule and supervise on-site sales team and colleagues to ensure stores are appropriately staffed;
- Recognize, train, coach, and develop retail store managers;
- Plan and executive promotions, special offers, discounts, and other sales tools;
- Independently keep track of sales records, create reports, coordinate with respective departments, and optimize performance;
- Support the recruitment, training, staffing, and scheduling of retail staff;
- Resolve issues and conflicts swiftly and fairly.

- At least 6, ideally 8+ years of experience as Retail Area Manager in retail luxury items / watch sales
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
- Arabic a great plus but not required
