7358BR **Luxury Marketing Manager** Miami Beach Florida **Job Description** The **Luxury Marketing Manager** is directly responsible to develop, foster and strengthen relationships with select top producing &/or luxury real estate agents affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty to become a single point of contact/resource for their marketing needs. The position supports all key marketing objectives and goals and works to ensure that the company and agent’s brand image is well represented within the framework of the brand, brokerage, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, and Core 4. The Luxury Marketing Manager may support multiple Premier Offices in the local operating company with a concentration on luxury property marketing and focused on select Agents. The **Luxury Marketing** Manager may assist with the production of program components such as listing presentations and marketing plans while focusing on the larger aspects of the program such as consumer targeting, distribution strategies, and budgeting. This role will be responsible for supporting Florida with a heavy focus on the Miami, Naples, Tampa and Sarasota markets. This position is fully remote for the foreseeable future. As we come out of the pandemic and it’s safe to resume operations, this role will be required to travel to offices throughout Florida. **Responsibilities:** **Proactive Support to Independent Sales Associates** + Work proactively with top independent sales associates and their assistants/teams to support their marketing needs and business goals, with all efforts focused on the delivery of the company’s Agent Value Proposition. + Provide high level support via one-on-one meetings, group training, phone, and email support to agents, their teams, their support staff and their marketing assistants with marketing strategies. + Effectively communicate the entire Coldwell Banker Global Luxury marketing program deliver the benefits of the luxury marketing program at high-end listing appointments **Events, Awareness, and Communications** + Implement and support company and agent awareness program including event management, coordination with public relations and communications resources, and award & recognition team. + Leverage regional resources to deliver luxury market position messaging internally and externally. **Strategic Market Planning & Delivery** + Drive the local luxury marketing planning process and lead the execution of local luxury programs. + Execute a local marketing plan on behalf of the company or on behalf of an agent, including advertising, public relations, strategies, and tactical implementation. + Deliver company value propositions, concierge programs, company tools & services that fit accordingly with agent value propositions. **Leverage National Marketing Studio Capabilities and Services** + Assess luxury marketing related needs of the local company and then engage the national marketing Studio to produce creative materials, advertising, and campaigns. + Interact with Field Marketing Director and other regional marketing personnel in coordination with the budgeting and fulfillment of advertising, event management, awards & recognition, top affiliated agent recruiting support, public relations opportunities, finance, and creative services. **Support to Local Operating Company Senior Leadership** + Serve as a proactive, integral marketing team liaison of the Field Marketing Director and local management team providing marketing support and counsel to the President. + Prepare and participate in VIP recruiting opportunities, business development opportunities, and agent retention efforts. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred + Minimum of 5 years of multi-channel marketing experience in a medium/large professional services company with emphasis on luxury clientele + Prior real estate industry experience preferred + bi-lingual Spanish a plus + Experience working effectively in a multi-functional, multi-location team preferred + Expert knowledge with social media, online, and traditional advertising + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle small copywriting jobs as well as presentation writing and presentation development + Excellent customer service skills combined with demonstrated relationship building abilities + Must have polished public speaking adeptness and ability to deliver compelling and professional presentations + Ability to generate a complete creative brief + Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution, including demonstrated success in conceptualizing new programs and tracking the progress of projects to completion + Demonstrated ability to work well in a minimally supervised, fast-paced environment combined with strong collaboration skills + Strong working knowledge with MS Office- Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management systems, and CRM systems + Ability to travel to offices throughout Florida, regional meetings and occasional out of town travel as required. **Our Commitment to Diversity** At Realogy, diversity fuels success – for our company and for our employees.
