Check out the collection online at www.noblesouls.com.Essential Responsibilities:* Meet revenue targets* Manage performance of current and future sales teams* Participate in inventory management such that sales/ inventory/ cash flow is optimized* Create the TO experience at any point of the day through perfect store management/ adherence to brand hallmarks/ VM guideline, great retail theatre and making the store feel like a hub for our customers* To effectively manage the store/concession and ensure world class customer service.* Esure product display and visual merchandising is at all times in accordance with the Timothy Oulton guidelines.* Plan and coordinate a calendar of events in and around the store, collaborating with the marketing team, and local contacts as necessary.* Manage operational budgets to ensure maximization of resources and cost controls. This includes management of third-party costs such as logistics, vendors, subcontractors and media.* To recommend product ranges and unique product requirements tailored to your specific location.* To prepare daily and monthly reports, including but not limited to submission of sales figures, inventory reports (dollars/units), replenishment stock orders, customer complaints/returns, logistic costs and local marketing engagements/opportunities.* To represent Management in all meetings with Store Management/Landlords and summarize meeting minutes and ensure closure to all actions.* To effectively communicate market place activity and submit recommendation for improved exposure of the Timothy Oulton product offering to customers specific to region.* Manage database of all past, existing and potential customers.* Ensure personalized service including order follow-up and satisfaction surveys.* Manage all gallery/concession staff to maximum motivation and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines and expectations of Timothy Oulton brand. Create real TO ambassadors* Be product/ experience experts, remain up-to-date with latest information* Provide updates and information about activity in store that can be used for marketing purposes and learning across the global network.CompensationThis position has a base salary and a great commission structure. We also offer great benefit package that includes: PTO, Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance. Employees receive a great discount on our products as well.
