A world-renowned French luxury fashion house seeks an outstanding Client Advisor for its Dubai Mall flagship — one of the highest-performing luxury retail locations in the Middle East and among the most visited luxury boutiques in the world.
About the Role
As Client Advisor, you will deliver an incomparable client experience to a diverse and sophisticated international clientele that includes Gulf residents, regional UHNW visitors and international luxury travellers. Dubai’s position as a global luxury retail hub means this role offers unique exposure to some of the most discerning and high-value clients in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and values at every touchpoint
- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio including Gulf residents and international visitors
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales objectives and KPIs
- Develop mastery of the full product range including seasonal collections and heritage archive pieces
- Represent the brand with elegance and discretion at all client touchpoints and events
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of luxury retail experience, ideally in fashion, leather goods or fine jewellery
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable — French or Mandarin also valued
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a naturally warm, sophisticated client approach
- Understanding of Gulf culture and the luxury consumer profile in the region
- Valid UAE residence visa or willingness to relocate to Dubai
