Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a truly exceptional, personalised client experience across all product categories
- Build and cultivate a personal client portfolio through consistent, proactive relationship management
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand’s heritage, collections and craftsmanship
- Participate in exclusive brand events, VIP appointments and private previews
- Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation at all times
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality
- Genuine passion for fashion and a natural affinity with the brand’s aesthetic and values
- Fluency in English required — Arabic, Mandarin or French highly valued given the boutique’s international clientele
- Naturally warm and sophisticated client approach with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Impeccable personal presentation in keeping with the brand’s standards
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
What Is on Offer
Salary £38,000 – £52,000 depending on experience, plus commission, benefits and the opportunity to build a career at one of the world’s most storied luxury fashion houses.
