Automotive Dealer Group in the Central Atlantic region is seeking an experienced Sales Manager or GSM for our Roanoke Location..   WE OFFER:Excellent growth potential with growing organizationLife, Disability, & Health Insurance401KPaid Vacation RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for profitability in New abd Used Sales DepartmentsDevelop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for salesHire, mentor and monitor the performance of all Sales personnelMaintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership cultureWork directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales processBuild rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer networkProvide training and support to the all staffProven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goalsMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredExcellent communication and customer service skillsAn understanding of inventory controlStrong Computer & Phone Skills (CDK, CRM, ELeads)Professional appearance and work ethicSelf-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environmentCurrent, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Car, Auto, Management, Manager, Operations
