Learn more about Treasury Wine Estates at www.tweglobal.com.About the Role:TWE seeks a passionate and engaging Luxury Account Specialist that will serve as a dedicated Brand and Sales resource in the Southern California market, working to drive luxury brand growth against specific KPI goals. The Luxury Account Specialist will build relationships with key trade decision makers and distributor. This individual will work with an influential set of on-premise and retail account targets and will educate and engage consumers, trade, and distributors in order to increase brand awareness, points of distribution and velocity. Account Management: + Develop and maintain specific Target Accounts list to grow the luxury portfolio in designated territory:+ Drive new luxury placements and increase luxury market share through securing new Points of Distribution in key independent and On-Premise accounts.+ Expand by-the-glass placements within influential accounts+ Identify prestige/key accounts & develop account performance & activation plans+ Sell and Manage execution of luxury wine allocations within key accounts+ Obtain display and merchandising opportunities within independent retail channelBrand Building, Education and Expertise:+ Plan and execute luxury consumer events to acquire new business, expose the brand and grow sales.+ Partner with Sales and Brand teams to develop experiences with a focus on events that acquire, sell, and retain consumers. Conduct and plan special events in market.+ Serve as brand/category product knowledge expert. Have expert knowledge on competitor brands and conduct competitive analysis+ Provide specific brand expertise in retail interactions to leverage a brand opportunity+ Educate the consumer, trade, and agency through direct interaction including:+ Providing brand expertise/training at consumer, and key account level+ Developing and executing Affinity Programming, such as Collector Dinners and other educational opportunities+ Provide consumer, channel, and competitive insights. Use insights to collaborate with brand and distributor sales teams to develop innovative localization of programs and ideas+ Carry out engagements that will create brand awareness, encourage trial, and build brand’s social media and virtual experience baseAbout You:You are a dynamic, passionate, and visionary storyteller with previous sales experience within the wine or adult beverage industry. Ideally, you’ll have proven experience working with iconic, luxury brands and are interested in investing in the continued development of luxury brands while building meaningful relationships with top accounts within the on premise and off premise channels.+ Bachelor’s degree preferred+ 3 – 4 years of Luxury Sales experience within Beverage industry required, marketing acumen a plus+ Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and be able to drive/travel through the designated market areaApply today!Treasury Wine Estates is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
