HR & Talent Manager — Luxury Retail Group

A multi-brand luxury retail group with a growing network of boutiques across the Northeast United States seeks an experienced HR & Talent Manager to support its people strategy and talent acquisition across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all US boutique roles from Client Advisor to Store Director level
- Design and deliver onboarding and brand induction programmes that reflect the group’s luxury standards
- Support store directors with performance management, coaching conversations and people development plans
- Oversee HR compliance, employment contracts and employee relations across all locations
- Build talent pipelines for anticipated openings and succession planning
- Partner with specialist luxury recruitment agencies including JOBLUX for senior and executive search
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of HR experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality or a comparable high-end environment
- Strong working knowledge of US employment law and HR best practices
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and sound professional judgement
- Genuine passion for the luxury sector and understanding of its talent dynamics
- Right to work in the United States
What Is on Offer
Salary $90,000 – $115,000 depending on experience, plus benefits and the opportunity to shape the people strategy of a growing luxury retail organisation.
