We have a unique opportunity for an established HR Manager to join a growing healthcare business in South West London. The company own and operate three retirement communities in London and Dorset. They currently have plans to open a further two sites in London and Essex. The business has a commitment to providing outstanding care, authentic choice and unrivalled hospitality and facilities that are of five-star hotel quality.The role of HR Manager will be a hands-on role, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer to introduce processes and best practice into what is a multi-million pound operation. You will be responsible for introducing a robust recruitment process and will work closely with your heads of department to ensure the best talent available is recruited for the company. You will also work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to introduce a new on-boarding and learning and development structure. If you are currently operating at an HR Manager or HR Business Partner level and are looking for a unique role with a growing business that you can make a difference in then this role would be ideally suited to you.
