The team consists of 22 strong and highly qualified HR collaborators who are leaded by the HR Committee composed of the HRD, the 4 HRM-BP’s and the corporate HR Managers.This organization is designed to build One SPIE Standards Processes and in the same time to be close to the business & the operations. HR has to build bridges between people and to bring added value and expertise to support the business in his development and growth.Main challengeBesides the day to day management of the department, the main challenges can be summarized as follows:· Address market expectations and evolutions in smart building, smart cities and digitalization, by bringing and retaining talented people;· Support the growth organically and through acquisitions;· Coach and develop the team;· Structure optimally project processes on human effectiveness.MissionTake full ownership of the HR Direction in order to achieve strategic objectives of the division in particular and contribute to SPIE Belgium strategic objectives in general.Major responsibilities· Be an active member of the Executive Committee of SPIE Belgium and report to the CEO.· Be an active member of the International HR Committee of SPIE Group and report functionally for this topics to the VP HR.· Develop and implement the Department Business Plan and assure the follow-up of roadmaps and action plans orders of each Team Member.· Overall responsible for industrial and unions relations.· Bring improvements and new innovative developments in order to maintain and develop SPIE HR added value and competitiveness of our employee and candidate experience.· Lead, develop and manage the HR TEAM Members and foster teamwork between HR and the different Divisions and at Group level, promoting synergies cross-collaboration and bests practices exchanges.· Develop and leverage his/her network and stakeholders in the company environment.· Assure compliance and follow-up with operational processes towards the divisions and other support functions in order to meet operational excellence.· Be proactive in gaining new trends and know-how in HR to offer up-to date services in a fast-evolving technological market and to maximize internal customer satisfaction.
