As the HR Business Partner for this famous luxury goods (jewelry / watches) company, your job will be to take care of all retail HRBP and recruitment (for 38 stores and about 350 people).
In this role, you will interact with executives and management and other HR positions within the group.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Organization Development/ Talent Acquisition
Select and manage the external recruitment vendors through building strong relationships
Partnering with key people to consult and give advice regarding the team and their staff
Collaboration with HR team to execute HR projects & initiatives
Manage labor related issues & support the HRVP for labor related preventive actions / guidelines
Administer annual performance appraisals
Revise / Review employee regulations in accordance with current labor laws
Training & DevelopmentREQUIREMENTS
5+ years of HR Management experience
Native level Japanese, Business level English
MS Office suite PC skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
(Prefer to have – retail or consumer goods experience, especially in luxury)
