A global luxury fashion brand seeks a talented Digital Client Experience Manager to lead the evolution of its UK e-commerce operation and digital client journey. This is a unique role sitting at the intersection of luxury retail and digital innovation — for a professional who understands that in luxury, digital must feel as exclusive and personal as the in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously optimise the brand’s UK e-commerce platform, driving conversion, retention and average order value
- Design and execute digital client engagement strategies including email, CRM, personalised lookbooks and WhatsApp outreach
- Collaborate with global digital and brand teams on UK-specific campaigns and seasonal activations
- Analyse customer data to identify opportunities and build a truly personalised digital client journey
- Oversee the online client service function, ensuring consistency with in-store luxury standards
- Stay ahead of luxury digital trends and competitive developments across the market
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing or CRM, ideally within a luxury or premium brand environment
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Klaviyo or equivalent
- Deep understanding of the luxury client mindset and how it translates to the digital journey
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
What Is on Offer
