For our client a high end fashion power house, we are currently actively looking to recruit a department manager to join their team within their massive Beverly Hills flagship store.
The Department Manager is responsible for the overall management of staff and day to day running of its section of the store, merchandising, and customer service/experience
He/she will also be responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining, achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, coaching motivated teams, and developing sales team to the next level.
Bilingual profile with bespoke menswear experience preferred.
