Job Description Managing aftersales service from walk in/call in customers.Understanding customers’ feedback on product.Coordinate with technical team to identify and resolve product issues.Working with respective departments/ management to assist in resolving unique cases.Upholding service standards by delivering high level professional service to customers. The Successful Applicant Minimum 3 years of customer service experience with luxury products.Possesses strong telecommunications skills.Proficient with Microsoft applications (eg; Outlook, Powerpoint, Words and Excel).
