As they continue to expand, they would like have an addition to the customer experience team and recruit professionals from the luxury sector or from service consultation, call centre background. Job Description Your key responsibilities include:- Delivering excellent services to call-in and social media messages- Understanding the requirements and needs of client and provide product information- Liaise with front line sales team to complete the service for the customers- Address questions and complaints and provide first contact solution- Meeting expectations of service standard and perform KPIs against client satisfaction The Successful Applicant Successful candidate must have- At least 2 years of relevant experience in luxury client servicing or call center environment to fulfil customer’s request- Good communication skills and strong command of language in order to facilitate clients, resolve complaints and conflicts- Passionate and strong initiatives- Strong conflict resolution skills What’s on Offer You will work in great company culture, enjoy well-rounded benefits and career prospects.
