Business Manager – European Luxury Power House – Beverly Hills
For our client, a well known international French luxury brand, we are currently looking to interview 3-5 years experienced business managers level candidates with a background in luxury retail.
The position is based our Beverly Hills and within a famous US high end department store.
The Business Manager is accountable for the overall performance. This role leads the Point of Sale (POS) Management teams, driving sales, operations, and consumer service excellence. The ASEM ensures the implementation of the commercial strategy at the local level, coaching POS management to achieve KPIs, while cultivating a customer-centric, performance-driven culture.
