Boutique Manager — Luxury Ready-to-Wear, Riyadh

A leading international luxury fashion brand is opening a new boutique in Riyadh as part of its strategic expansion across Saudi Arabia, and seeks an experienced and entrepreneurial Boutique Manager to lead this exciting launch from the ground up.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a boutique team from scratch in one of the world’s most dynamic luxury markets. Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 programme is transforming the Kingdom’s retail landscape at extraordinary speed, with luxury brands investing heavily in new flagship locations across Riyadh, Jeddah and beyond. You will be at the forefront of this transformation, responsible for establishing the brand’s presence in the Saudi capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full boutique opening process in close partnership with the brand’s regional and international teams
• Recruit, onboard and develop the boutique team from the ground up, instilling the brand’s culture and service standards from day one
• Build relationships with Saudi Arabia’s growing luxury consumer base and develop a strong VIP client portfolio
• Drive commercial performance and deliver against all KPIs from the first day of trading
• Ensure full operational excellence and compliance with brand standards at all times
• Report directly to the Middle East Regional Director

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of luxury retail management, with experience in the Middle East strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing store openings or new market launches
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s luxury consumer culture and the Vision 2030 retail landscape
• Fluency in English — Arabic is a significant advantage
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh — iqama sponsorship provided by the brand

What Is on Offer

Tax-free salary SAR 25,000 – 35,000 per month depending on experience, plus performance bonus, housing allowance and full relocation support including iqama sponsorship.
