Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Brand

Our client, a leading luxury food and drink brand, currently requires an Assistant Store Manager to help head up one of their successful boutiques within a growing national network. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer experience through managing the Store and retail sales assistants, ensuring exceptional customer service and a thorough knowledge of products on offer. Candidates need to come from a retail sales background, ideally having worked for a luxury brand / retailer, and have experience of managing people within this environment. You will be able to rapidly build strong working relationships with a loyal client base and be happy to support where needed. An ability to show a desire for the products on offer and be proud in delivering a quality experience to customers is imperative. In return our client is offering a competitive rate of pay plus an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), pension, flexible benefits etc.
