  How to tackle the ticking bomb of retail return rate ?

  With a return rate for shoes and accessories in high end department stores in a city like  NY it can be exceeding 52 %. The ticking bomb of return rate has not finished upsetting retailers, brands and ultimately commissioned retail sales staff. What are your suggestions to tackle this issue ?
