Regional Sales Manager — Luxury Fashion, Southeast US

An international luxury fashion brand with a growing US wholesale and retail presence seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial performance across the Southeast United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with luxury department stores, independent boutiques and key wholesale accounts across the Southeast region
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with the brand’s commercial objectives and aesthetic direction
- Recruit, train and develop a regional team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity and client feedback — providing regular reporting to US and international leadership
- Represent the brand at trade shows, regional buying appointments and client events
- Travel extensively across the Southeast region (50%+ travel required)
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with regional or territory management background
- Established relationships with luxury retail buyers across the Southeast preferred
- Strong commercial acumen combined with a genuine passion for the brand and its product
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
- Right to work in the United States
What Is on Offer
Base salary $100,000 – $130,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus, car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
