About the Role
As Client Advisor, you will be the face of the maison to a discerning international clientele. Your role goes far beyond transactional selling — you will build enduring relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering a world-class, personalised experience that reflects the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship and vision at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a personal client book through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship management
- Deliver an exceptional, tailored shopping experience across all product categories including ready-to-wear, leather goods and accessories
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Develop deep product expertise and brand heritage knowledge
- Represent the maison with elegance and discretion at VIP events, private appointments and trunk shows
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality or high-end client services
- Genuine passion for fashion, craftsmanship and brand heritage
- Naturally warm, sophisticated client approach with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English required — French, Mandarin or Arabic a strong advantage
- Impeccable personal presentation in keeping with luxury brand standards
- Right to work in the United States
What Is on Offer
Base salary $65,000 – $90,000 depending on experience, plus commission structure, benefits package and employee discount. This role offers genuine career development within a world-class luxury organisation.
